How do i undo changes made using Nvidia Control Panel v 1.2.1.31?

I used the display optimization wizard and my screen looks awful!!! All bright colors are way to bright which i think has something to do with gamma. Gamma or not i really need to undo the changes.............is there any way?? Uninstalling? I have a Samsung SyncMaster 732 NW 17 inch LCD monitor. Please help
