Should i just say 'i love you'?

been seeing a women and i am wonderinb about when to tell her i am in love - we have progressed from saying we are taken to we are smitten to admitting that 'we are falling in love', I dont feel the falling part lol i am there already, should I pick a romantic occion and just say it ?
