Should I get a Odyssey HALO TSA hopper or an Viewloader Evlution 3?

Well, I found two deals for a Smart parts ion. there is one that comes with a halo tsa and a pure energy 72/3000psi tank. the other deal comes with an evlution 3 and a 48/3000psi tank with a tank cover. What hopper and/or deal is better?
