Why would you inject silicone into your ?

You may have seen the video on tosh.0 or online of the man who injected silicone into his for six years, to the point where it is apparently only functional for urination. Does anyone know what pleasure might be derived from doing this? Would the sensation itself be pleasurable? Perhaps the knowledge of having an unbeatably large member?
