Could anyone please give me help with Battlefield bad company 2 VIP code?

My vip code for bc2 doesnt work, could anyone tell me if you have to put the dashes in or all in caps or something. or the kindest of people could give me theyre none used vip code i will be sur 2 give them best answer :)
