Do I have seized calipers or is it something else?What would you like to ask?

I I would get new re belt calipers or pull the calipers apart clean then up real good and ck flex lines to make Sirs ther not stopped up , u sad the car set for a little wile so u need 2 check the front also,try to bled the oil Fluid out,pull rear drummed & check rea pads ,
