How do you use hydraulics in GTA SA on a laptop? plz help!!!!?

For the cesar whatever his last name is mission where you have to compete in the lowrider deal, i know that the number 2 makes it hop but how on a laptop how do you make it tilt to whatever way you need it??? plz help!!
