How to get bigger hands/hairier arms?

Right now, my hands are small and girly. lol yeah, they sort of look like a girl's hands. how do i get them to look 'rougher' and look more like a 'man's'. I want bigger hands too, because i play b and having bigger hands is an advantage. my dad has pretty rough big hands and so does my mom. mine are bony lol.
