Temperature problem with my cbr 600?

the problem with it is once i take it for a ride even a short one and the temperature goes over 80c i won't be able to start it. if you try to start it, the engine doesn't turn and it acts like the battery has been drained. the only way i can start it in this state is if i jump it (i.e. someone gives me a push) else i would have to wait until it cools off to about 70c. and then the engine turns over immediately. i have already changed the battery, solenoid, the starter and the rectfier. please help
