What is the next most needed Cl in World of Warcraft?

I am going to ume, that warriors and priests are the most sought after characters in World of Warcraft, but what is the next best cl? It might be a matter of opinion, but what do most groups look for when they are choosing who they want? Mage, Druid, Shaman, Hunter, Warlock, Rogue, or Paladin?
