Why don't blacks have to play under the same "racially correct" rules as whites?

For example, I was watching a reality show and saw a black woman wearing a t-shirt that said "I LOVE BLACK PEOPLE". I guess thats an OK statement to make, but can you imagine the uproar if a white person wore a "I LOVE WHITE PEOPLE" shirt? Don't get me wrong, i'm not racist, but this whole double standard thing seems very strange.
